  I've rented from them twice in the past year. The staff is patient and helpful with great advice about how to get the most out of the river each day. High quality gear, clean facilities, and places to change or clean up.

  I scheduled a clear water kayaking trip. When I got the date wrong and missed it they were super helpful on getting me scheduled for something else the next day! Ross was my guide. Very knowledgeable and great at his job! My only reason for not a full five stars is that it took a VERY long time to get going (previous group was late) and a VERY long time to finish up (took a long time for them to load up).

  I came into the store looking for a few rafting supplies and a little advice on the best way to float down the daily. The staff was super helpful, helping me find the things I wanted and supplied me with maps and some great advice on the river. Top notch customer service from friendly and open employees. Thanks so much!
