    The guides and the personnel experience was great. My reason for putting an okay was that this was more of a float than white water rafting. There were a few Rapids but mostly fairly calm water period would be a good introduction to water rafting for someone. For lunch they serve sandwiches which is typical but I would recommend using wraps instead of bread as it was very difficult to hold the bread with no plates. I did enjoy the beach games we played that was a new experience. After lunch we were looking forward to more paddling but literally just went about 15 minutes down the river and got out for the end of the day.

    Haven’t been down the river yet and will update when we do but...working with Kathryn has been amazing. She is super helpful and easy to communicate with. She was easy to reach and called me back in a timely manner. Very, very pleased with our experience thus far. Can’t wait for June!!!

    Place was not cleaned well. Trash left under beds. Were not provided sheets for the roll away bed and the mattress was stained and nasty. Tried to call and get ahold of someone and no answers. Had to wait until next day and we were told someone would bring us sheets for the bed and no one showed up. Tried calling the office again and the lady who we talked to was rude and had horrible customer service. When we asked for her name we were hung up on. We never got the sheets for the bed. Will never stay here again. Horrible service.

    I've rented from them twice in the past year. The staff is patient and helpful with great advice about how to get the most out of the river each day. High quality gear, clean facilities, and places to change or clean up.
